Cow ghee is a versatile ingredient that can add a rich flavour and aroma to everyday meals. Choosing the right pack size and storing your ghee properly can help make it a convenient part of your kitchen routine.

Here are a few simple tips to help you get started.

1. Choose a pack size that suits your needs
Consider how frequently you cook and how much ghee you normally use. Cefla Ghee offers a range of pack sizes, including 250g, 500g, 750g and 1kg, subject to availability. A smaller pack may suit occasional use, while a larger pack may be more convenient for households that cook with ghee regularly.
2. 2. Check the packaging
3. When buying ghee, check that the packaging is intact and review the product label for ingredients, net weight, storage instructions and any relevant dates.

Buy from reliable retailers or contact Cefla Ghee directly if you need help identifying a participating stockist.
3. Store ghee properly
To help maintain its quality:

• Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
• Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• Always use a clean, dry spoon to prevent moisture and food particles from entering the container.
• Follow the storage instructions on the product label.

4. Use the right amount in your meals
Ghee can be used for frying, sautéing, baking and adding flavour to cooked dishes. However, it is still a concentrated source of fat and energy, so use an amount appropriate for your recipe and dietary needs.
Make Cefla Ghee part of your kitchen
With the right pack size and proper storage, you can enjoy the distinctive taste of ghee in a variety of everyday meals.
